Apart from traditional Fair Market Valuations and Corporate Insolvency assignments, we also offer indexation services required for computation of long-term capital gains. Indexation is the process by which the cost of acquisition of capital asset is marked up, to represent the cost levels existing on the year of sale of such capital asset. This is done in order to maintain parity in cost levels, to account for inflation and cost of living escalations over the years.

Drones: These instruments are the latest tools using cutting edge technology and can be used in conducting accurate, fast, easy and cost effective surveys for any industry such as infrastructure, construction, agriculture, mining, waste management, road/rail projects, large plants etc. The technology is now available in India for government works and in this regards has many advantages which are:
